A MAN was arrested after a disturbance outside a pub on Friday night.
Police were called to Duke Street in St Helens just after 11pm following an incident outside The Duke of Cambridge.
A 34-year-old man was taken into custody on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly and given a fixed penalty.
