Green Dragon Pic: Knowsley Police
POLICE say they have responded to reports of youths trying to enter a pub and cause damage.
Officers say they received reports via social media in relation to the empty Green Dragon pub in Whiston.

Police said no damage was found but said they would step up patrols in the vicinity.
A statement by Knowsley Police said: "Concerns were raised via social media in regards to the Green Dragon pub in Whiston; youths trying to enter the pub and cause damage to the rear.
"Local PCSOs have attended and we can confirm there is no damage to the pub and it is still secure.
"Extra attention will be given to the area from now on."
