The organisation helps relieve pressure on the NHS by transporting blood, donor breast milk, drugs, human tissues and other medical requirements between hospitals, hospices, blood transfusion units and blood banks.
"We've got hundreds of bikes coming down and some local racers from TT," said organiser Joanne Perry, a regular at the Red Cat.
"We are judging the best bike on the night and there will be an auction.
"Everyone assumes they (the Blood Bikes) are paid by the NHS but it is all funded by the public so we decided to have this night for them."
The event takes place this evening
"It will be until 9.30 to 10pm and if people want to stay behind, they can do."
The evening will also see raffles, music, food and drinks.
The event starts at The Red Cat from 6pm.
