POLICE have charged four men in connection with the burglary of a Co-op shop in April.
Officers were called the Co-op store in Chain Lane after reports the premises had been broken into at around 10.25pm on Monday, April 15.

On arrival, officers found a side shutter had been damaged, a door forced and a ceiling panel pulled down.
A quantity of cigarettes were stolen and cash had been taken from the ATM.
Police said after the incident that burglars had "caused significant damage inside the store".
Police have charged the following men with conspiracy to commit burglary with intent to steal in connection to the incident, as well as incidents in Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
• Nathan Bellfield, 27, of Caroline Street, Stockport
• Werner Berning, 30, of Derby Street, Stockport
• Gavin Singleton, 34, Woodlands Close, Derbyshire
• Wayne Singleton, 29, Woodlands Close, Derbyshire
All four have been remanded in custody to appear at court on a date yet to be confirmed.
