The scene after Sunday night’s crash
A LORRY and a caravan were involved in a crash on the M6 near Haydock last night.
Pictures released by Merseyside Police’s Road Policing Unit show the extent of the damage.
However, no one was seriously injured in the crash, say police.
The collision happened on the M6 Northbound near junction 23, Haydock on Sunday night.
Police spent the early hours cleaning up wreckage from the carriageway. Two lanes were closed during the clean up operation.
