Plans for a dog groomers have been submitted
A PLANNING application has been submitted seeking to convert a beauty salon into a dog groomers.
Plans, by Karen Gittins, seek to the change the use of the salon premises at 93A Ormskirk Road, Rainford.

Proposed opening hours are 9am to 5pm from Monday to Saturdays and the business would have one full-time employee.
In a statement on the application, the business owner said: "‘Paddywags’ Dog Grooming offers a one to one grooming experience with only one dog in for grooming at a time".
They added "vehicle movements are minimal and spread throughout a normal working day" .
The proposals are on public consultation until Thursday, May 30.
