Plans have been withdrawn
PLANS for a hair and beauty clinic have been withdrawn.
In April, St Helens Council received an application seeking permission for the change of use from a residential let to a skin clinic on the ground and first floor of a property at 121 High Street, Newton-le-Willows.

Plans stated one part-time job would be created by the clinic with proposed opening hours 8.30am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays and 8am to 6pm on Saturdays.
The application has since been withdrawn.
The applicant has been told to discuss the matter with the case officer should they wish to resubmit plans.
