EARLESTOWN U9s Junior Football Club have received renewed sponsorship from a property developer.

Taylor Wimpey made a £1,000 contribution to the club for the second year to help them buy new kits for the U9s team as well as training equipment and rainwear to the players.

Earlestown Athletic JFC runs 22 teams in total, starting with Under 7s.

Steve Ruane, chairman at Earlstown Athletic, said: “Our club plays a key role within the community and we’re very grateful to the Taylor Wimpey team for recognising the great work we strive to do with youngsters in the area.

“Not only do we offer young people the opportunity to keep young people fit and healthy, but help them to socialise and make friends in the process.

“It’s wonderful that companies, like Taylor Wimpey North West, see the value in grass roots sports clubs and we look forward to a long and fruitful relationship.”
