THREE animals were rescued after a fire broke out at a property on Sunday night.
Firefighters were called to a fire at a house on Woodlands Road, Haresfinch at 8.45pm. Two fire engines attended.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property under rapid deployment to prevent the fire from spreading. Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
One person was given oxygen at the scene by crews before being assessed by paramedics.
Firefighters also rescued a dog, bearded dragon and a hamster from the property.
Crews left the scene at 10.40pm.
