A BOY was taken to hospital after being hit by a car on Monday evening (May 13).
A collision took place between a BMW car and a child pedestrian on Crow Lane West, Newton-le-Willows shortly before 6pm.

Police say the boy, believed to be aged seven, was taken to hospital with "minor injuries".
The BMW stopped at the scene after the collision.
No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
