I WELCOME news St Helens Council is moving towards adopting a new policy on chuggers.
It’s about time...I can’t believe charities even consider using these third party companies who actually profit from people who do sign up!
However, in a world where ID theft is common, who exactly is foolish enough to hand over the full bank details to a total stranger?
