Police made an arrest in the early hours
POLICE used a Taser and spray to detain a man wanted on recall to prison in the early hours of this morning (Thursday).
Officers arrested Kyle Andrews, 26, of Derby Street, Prescot at 2.40am this morning, who was wanted on a recall to prison having breached the terms of his licence.

The man was detained by police on Derby Street.
Having made some verbal threats to officers, he was subject to police PAVA spray and a Taser.
He was taken to police custody and is set to be returned to prison today.
