HOUSEBUILDER Harvey Homes has released for sale the first phase of new homes at Swan Green in Lower Peover.
Swan Green occupies a four-acre site on the edge of the village, and the 30 homes range from large four and five-bedroom detached homes to two-bedroom mews and semi-detached homes.
The properties are being marketed via Stuart Rushton & Co estate agents in Knutsford.
