Litter pick heroes
I WOULD like through your readers letter column to say a massive thank you to everyone who turned out to join in with the litter pick in Sankey Valley Park which was organised by the rangers.
There was a great turnout with some residents travelling from Parr and Billinge.
It resulted in dozens of bin bags of rubbish being removed – well done to everyone.
If you would like to join in the next one, it will be taking place in June check local press for details or contact the visitor centre.
