PLANS to turn a retail unit into a house of multiple occupancy have been drawn up.
Proposals seek to convert the vacant shop and the first floor apartment at 68 to 70 Wargrave Road, Newton-le-Willows.

The plans aim to turn the ground floor premises and first floor apartment into a five-bedroom house of multiple occupancy.
Public consultation on the plans lasts until Friday, May 3.
