The Dean restaurant on Barrow Street
IF many shops are moving elsewhere, why aren’t incentives and encouragement given to small restaurateurs and to help St Helens develop a reputation as the place to eat.
Some good eateries that are not chains would be really good and good for local talent.
Cafes which are not greasy spoons, and a multicultural selection of eateries.
That’s my big idea for rejuvenation of the town.
