The man was reported to have been running between junction 8 and 9 of the M62
MOTORISTS on the M62 have been urged to be vigilant after a man dressed in black was reported to have been running across all three lanes.
North West Motorway Police were told the man was on the carriageway between junction 8 at Burtonwood and junction 9 near Newton-le-Willows.
