A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with numerous driving offences including driving a vehicle without due care after he allegedly failed to stop for officers.

Officers have now charged Matthew Morris, of Johnson Avenue, Prescot, following an incident where he allegedly failed to stop on Coronation Drive in the early hours of November 8, 2018.

At the time a motorcycle was seized and he was arrested.

He is due to appear in court on the Tuesday, March 5.

Knowsley Community policing Inspector Phil Mullally, said: “If you provide information about suspected dangerous and anti-social use of off-road bikes we will take action against those we believe are involved in this and in any associated criminality.

"Keep coming forward with this information, which is helping us every day in reducing the impact of these bikes across our communities."
