AN INQUEST into the death of a prisoner who was found dead in his prison cell is set to begin on Monday.
Keith Abbott, 32, of Newton-le-Willows in Merseyside, was found dead in his cell at HMP Haverigg on July 15, 2016 with 'severe' injuries.
The hearing is scheduled to last two weeks and will be held at Carlisle Crown Court by coroner Kally Cheema.
