PLANS have been drawn up seeking to demolish a hand car wash and create a retail unit in its place.
Proposals for a new retail unit on the car wash site at Chain Lane Shopping Precinct have been submitted by London and Cambridge Properties.
The planning application is on public consultation until Wednesday, February 27.
