Plans for a coffee shop have been drawn up
PERMISSION is being sought to demolish a former Little Chef restaurant and turn it into a coffee shop.
Plans seek to replace the now vacant Little Chef and Burger King unit on the East Lancashire Road at Haydock.
Proposals seek to redevelop the site for a coffee shop with drive-through.
The proposed coffee shop will be a single-storey building with "a modern look with glazed frontage", plans add.
The drive-through would be at the rear of the building.
Consultation on plans is until Tuesday, February 26.
