The location of the dispersal zone
ANOTHER dispersal zone is to be in place in the town centre this weekend.
Following recent incidents of anti-social behaviour in St Helens town centre, a Section 34 Dispersal Zone has been authorised between:
- Friday, January 11: 4pm to midnight
- Saturday, January 12: 4pm to midnight
A dispersal zone had been in place in an area of the town centre last week from 3pm on Sunday until 3pm on Monday following cases of anti-social behaviour around the McDonald's area on Church Street.
Police said no arrests were made during the period of last week's dispersal zone.
