Glyn Shaw strides through for Widnes
ONCE again we look into our Widnes picture archives supplied by photographer Glen Cameron.
In this shot big Welsh prop Glyn Shaw powers through the Featherstone Rovers defence at Naughton Park.
The powerhouse, with trademark headband, made 144 appearances for Widnes, scoring 18 tries after signing from Neath Rugby Union.
He was a Wembley winner in 1979 and 1981.
