POLICE have arrested four teenagers after a suspected stolen BMW was stopped by a patrol car.
The BMW car is believed to have been taken in a house burglary in Grasmere Avenue, Prescot on Friday night.
The car was stopped on Portico Lane, Portico by police on Saturday.
Officers from Merseyside Police’s Roads Policing Unit revealed they used a Tactical Pursuit and Containment manoeuvre (TPAC) to stop the BMW.
A picture of the moment police stopped the car was released.
A police statement read: “All four occupants of the vehicle aged 19, 18, 17 and 18 have been taken to a custody suite as part of the investigation.”
