MY husband and I thought we had receiving a call from the fraud team at our bank on Monday evening November 26 because that’s what it said when we Googled the number after becoming suspicious.


Unfortunately it was an imposter and we have been totally wiped clean of our savings, wages and put in a substantial overdraft because we can’t pay our bills.


The bank has stated that our money cannot be retrieved from the account it went into.


We are horrified beyond belief. People need to be made aware that fraudsters can intercept the banks numbers to make it look like a legitimate call.


We are still in the dark concerning our accounts and no one has had the decency from the bank to support us.


I can’t eat or sleep. I have my wages and savings stolen from my bank account and left me in debt leading up to Christmas, which is heart breaking.


I would hate for anyone to go through what we are currently going through.
