PLANS to create a hand car wash service on the car park at Asda have been withdrawn.
The proposals sought to create the facility at the car park, replacing 12 parking spaces outside the supermarket on Kirkland Street.
Plans sought to create a hand car wash and valeting operation with a cabin and canopy at a 138 square-metre site on the car park.
The application stated that four full-time and four part-time jobs would be created by the facility.
The plans have been withdrawn and the applicants have been informed to discuss with the planning officer, should they wish to resubmit.
