A CANNABIS farm has been uncovered by police in Whiston.
Officers attended a property on Shaw Lane, Whiston on Thursday afternoon, December 6, after enquires into reports of drug misuse and anti-social behaviour in the area.
Police say a man tried and slip out the back of the property to escape but was detained.
A 25-year-old man was arrested in connection with the investigation.
Police say an energy company has attended to make the property safe as the electricity was found to be tampered with.
