A 15-YEAR-OLD boy and a 20-year-old man have been arrested after police seized a moped in Prescot.
Officers saw this moped on Monday night riding around the St James Road area in Prescot with two suspects on board.
The vehicle was seen to be riding up and down the roads in the area with the two suspects "acting somewhat suspiciously".
An attempt was made to fuel the bike up as police detained suspects.
Police made two arrests in connection with the incident.
