A 20-YEAR-OLD man has been charged in connection with an incident which saw a group on scrambler bikes allegedly riding in an "intimidating" manner.
Police received reports of a group of men riding scrambler bikes riding around Whiston on the night of Tuesday, September 11.
Officers attended and found the group, alleged to have been riding with their faces covered and wearing no helmets.
A foot chase led to one suspect being detained on Cronton Road, Cronton and a green Kawasaki KX was seized by officers.
Police have confirmed that a 20-year-old man from Page Moss, Huyton has been charged with driving a motor vehicle dangerously, driving without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence in connection with the incident.
The man will appear at Liverpool and Knowsley Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, November 21.
