Stephen Larkin has been arrested and charged
A MAN who police issued an appeal to trace has been arrested and charged.
Officers had asked for help to find Stephen Larkin, 41, of no fixed address, but originally from from Prescot.
Officers say Larkin has been arrested and charged with failing to appear in court for breach of a court order; fraud; two counts of theft and common assault.
