RESIDENTS are urged to report any fallen trees or other damage as Storm Callum has hit St Helens.
The Met Office has a yellow warning for St Helens today.
It said: "A spell of windy weather is expected on Friday associated with Storm Callum".
The council says it has had two reports of incidents of trees having blown over in St Helens due to today's high winds.
A tree was seen to have fallen on Cotham Street in the town centre.
Meanwhile, earlier today another tree on Lingholme Road, near to Queens Park was reported to have fallen.
A St Helens Council spokesman said: "We would ask members of the public to report any incidents of fallen trees to us.
"People can call our security team on 01744 676727."
