THIS moped was seized by police officers last night after they made a stop check in Whiston.
The vehicle was stopped on Fallows Way, Whiston and recovered by officers.
Police allege the rider, aged 40, did not have insurance or a licence for the vehicle.
The rider will be reported in connection with both offences, police added.
