The planning application has been sent to Wigan Council
PLANS have been submitted to build five homes at a farm.
An outline planning application has been sent to Wigan Council to build the homes at New Barn Farm in Leigh following the destruction of buildings on the land.
A farmhouse, barn and other associated storage units are currently situated there.
A decision on the proposals of the New Barn Lane site is expected to be made on November 19.
The plans include one three-bedroom house and two four-bedroom homes with a garage and back gardens at all the properties.
The applicant of the brownfield site 0.19 hectare development is Milnes Gaskell Estates.
A neighbourhood consultation is in place until October 20.
