Plans have been drawn up
PLANS have been drawn up to build a standby electricity generation plant in Haydock.
The application is for a plant with a maximum of 10 engine containers; switch room; control room, DNO station; gas reception kiosk; security fence; access gates; store room; hard-surfacing; landscaping; transformer; lighting and CCTV and associated infrastructure.
If successful, the plant would be created on land to the south of Lodge Lane Plantation on Lodge Lane, Haydock.
Plans are on consultation until October 5.
