POLICE have been granted a full closure order on a property in which officers had found drugs after executing a search warrant.
On Monday, September 3, police executed the warrant on 43 Mulvanney Crescent, Windle City.
Cannabis and phones were recovered at the address and a 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cannabis.
Earlier this month, a temporary closure order had been obtained on the property.
Police have now confirmed that a full closure order has since been granted by Sefton Magistrates' Court.
In a statement issued on Monday night, St Helens Police said: "Merseyside Police have obtained a full closure order today (September 17) at Sefton Magistrates' Court for 43 Mulvanney Crescent, St Helens due to anti-social behaviour linked to the address .
"Thanks to anyone who reported incidents linked to the address and assisted us with enquiries."
The 26-year-old man has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
