Ambulance attended but the man died at the scene
A MAN in his 40s has died after suffering serious injuries in a "work-related incident" at a car dealers.
Emergency services were called to the T&D garage on Fleet Lane, Parr on Monday afternoon (September 10) following a concern for safety of a member of staff.
A report had been received that a man in his 40s had "suffered serious injuries following an incident at work".
Paramedics from North West Ambulance Service attended.
However, the man was found dead at the scene.
Police said officers have informed the man's next of kin and are offering them support at this difficult time.
