'Slight injury' suffered in four-vehicle East Lancs collision
THERE were traffic delays at the East Lancs in Haydock due to four-vehicle crash this afternoon.
The collision took place at around 2pm this afternoon, with traffic moving slowly and motorists being asked to use another route if possible due to a crash at Haydock Lane.
A Merseyside Police spokeswoman confirmed that they received a call about the crash this afternoon, which she added saw one "slight injury" sustained.
She said: "Four vehicles were involved and we got a call to the scene at 2pm.
"It is a slight injury road traffic collision."
She added the scene has now been cleared.
