A 40-YEAR-OLD man convicted of theft of a charity box from a pub and buying drinks with a stolen credit card is due to appear in court today.
Steven Anthony Larkin, of Houghton Street, Prescot, will appear before Liverpool Magistrates' Court.
Larkin used a stolen credit card to buy drinks at the Old Mill pub, Prescot on November 6 last year and at Scotchbarn Lane, Prescot.
Larkin also stole a charity box at the Derby Lodge Hotel in Roby on January 7 this year and stole clothes and food worth £418.07 from a shop in Widnes on February 22.
He was also charged over an assault of a community support worker from that date.
