A FORMER special educational needs centre premises will be turned into a house of multiple-occupancy after plans were approved
Proposals were submitted to the council last December aiming to transform the disused former SEN centre at 130 Napier Street, St Helens.
A 10-bedroom house in multiple occupation and separate office space will be created, with construction of new side extensions within the curtilage of the existing building.
The proposals received one email of objection, which expressed sadness at the loss of the special needs facility.
Plans were given permission by planning officers last week (April 13).
