FOUR men and two youths charged in connection with a £4m-a-year cannabis farm discovered in Clinkham Wood will appear in court later this month.

At about 4.25am on Good Friday (March 30) officers were called to a report of "suspicious activity" involving two vans on Loughrigg Avenue.

A search of a property resulted in a cannabis farm containing 1,289 plants and seedlings being discovered.

Patrols attended and following enquiries six people were arrested and later charged with production of cannabis.

Those charged are:

• Giang Van Hoang, 37, of Webb Street, Liverpool

• Le Vaiz Huang, 25, of no fixed address

• Lian Huang, of no fixed address

• Dan Van Le, 30, of Greenleaf Street, Toxteth

• A 15-year-old boy of no fixed address

• A 16-year-old boy of no fixed address

Hoang, Huang, Huang and Van Le appeared at South Sefton Magistrates' Court on Monday, April 2 and were due to appear at Liverpool Crown Court today (Friday, April 13).

However, their hearing has been rescheduled for Monday, April 30.

The two youths appeared at the magistrates' court and are also due back in court on April 30.
