PLANS have been drawn up which seek to turn a former newspaper office into a training centre.
Proposals seek to transform the unused Bank House on Claughton Street, which is the former office of the St Helens Reporter.
The building will become a "training centre office" which would have six employees if plans are approved.
Plans are on consultation until March 29.
