19-year-old accused of possessing laughing gas and Class A drugs
A 19-YEAR-OLD man appeared in court accused of possessing drugs and laughing gas.
Joe Harry Lomax, of Stoney Lane, Rainhill appeared before Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (March 7).
Lomax has been charged with possession of psychoactive substance nitrous oxide, otherwise known as laughing gas, with intent to supply on Friday, February 23.
He is also accused of having ecstasy and cocaine on his possession on the same date.
Lomax indicated a guilty plea and is due to next appear before Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday, April 4.
He has been granted unconditional bail.
