A MAN has appeared in court accused of an allegation of indecent exposure on the premises of Whiston Hospital.
Barry James Bamber, 48, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
He appeared at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court on Monday, February 26 charged with the offence.
Bamber is accused of committing a public nuisance by indecently exposing himself to a female at a department of Whiston Hospital.
The alleged offence took place on Thursday, February 22.
After denying the offence when appearing before magistrates in Liverpool, Bamber was remanded on conditional bail.
He is set to face a trial at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court which will take place at a later date.
