A 33-YEAR-OLD man who appeared in court over theft of hair straighteners and an assault has been granted a conditional discharge.
Darren Lee Farley, of Fernhill Walk, Clock Face, appeared before Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (February 21).
He stood accused of stealing a Toni and Guy Flawless Finish Straightener Set, to the value of £22.99 from B&M in St Helens on December 5, 2017.
He was also accused of an assault by beating on the same date.
Farley was granted a conditional discharge for 12 months.
