A MAN and woman have appeared in court accused of wounding with intent and possessing a hammer and screwdriver.
Margaret Jameson, 72, of Newmarket Gardens, Rainhill and Stephen Andrew Jameson, 35, of Rainhill Road, Rainhill both appeared before Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (February 13).
Both are charged with a Section 18 wounding with intent and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon, a hammer and a screwdriver on Martin Close, Rainhill.
All charges relate to Saturday, December 23, 2017.
Both defendants will appear next before Liverpool Crown Court on Tuesday, March 13 and have been granted unconditional bail.
