I FEEL an unbelievable amount of sadness for Glenn and Rebecca Youens.
Every time they try and rebuild their shattered lives – Aidan McAteer and Dean Brennan do something to knock them back down, using social media on smuggled phones in jail and brag about their time in jail which clearly seems like it’s not a punishment whatsoever.
Then the MoJ respond in a way of embarrassment for the family by adding only days to their sentence.
Glenn and Rebecca have to live without Violet-Grace for the rest of their lives because of these senseless idiots.
It is a clear sign of no remorse for their actions and an additional sentence should be added on to their time to make them understand that these actions that they’re doing in jail are completely unacceptable.
Glenn and Rebecca, the people of St Helens and the surrounding areas are behind you in this fight to rebuild your lives and we salute you for your determination to keep Violet-Grace’s memory alive.
