A 32-YEAR-OLD man has been pleaded not guilty after being charged with attempted robbery at the home of an 85-year-old man.
Craig Thomas Groves, from Campbell Street, Northampton, appeared at Liverpool Crown Court yesterday Wednesday, February 15 after being arrested and charged following extensive enquires by police in St Helens.
The charges relate to an alleged incident that happened at the pensioner’s home on Ramford Street, Parr at 9.50pm on Wednesday, December 7.
Groves will next appear for trial on Wednesday, April 19 at Liverpool Crown Court and has been remanded into custody.
