IN America they have a thing set up in mall's called 'angel trees' where hard up families can let their children write out a Christmas list and pin it to a tree.
Then people can buy their presents and bring it back to the person who is in charge of the tree. Does anyone know of anything like this in the UK. I buy gifts for the donations table that are set up in supermarkets but I'd prefer to buy for a child who's family who possibly cannot afford a lot at this time of year?
