IN RESPONSE to the ongoing debate about Taylor Park, which has seen calls by some readers for dogs to be kept on leads and others who want joggers banned.
Who is allowed to use a park then? Do we have to ban groups of more than two people so they don’t take up to much of the path ? Do we have age restrictions for children below a certain age, as they often don’t walk in straight lines and can bump in to things.
This is publicly funded managed land. For certain groups to try and restrict what other law abiding people do in these spaces is stupid.
