THREE church services are being held this week as part of Willowbrook Hospice’s ‘Lights of Love’ appeal.
The campaign, formerly known as Tree of Lights, is a celebration of life and a time to remember loved ones who have passed away.
Each year it raises thousands of pounds to care for Willowbrook patients and their families.
Lights of Love church services will be held at Prescot Parish Church, on Monday, December 9 from 7pm; Church of the Holy Spirit, Tuesday, December 10, 7pm; and St Mary's Lowe House; December 11, 7pm.
People who make donations to the campaign will receive a Lights of Love badge and commemorative card.
Their loved one’s name will also be entered into a Book of Honour which will be available to view the Lights of Love services, and at Willowbrook Hospice from Monday, December 16.
Donations, including the name of the person being remembered, can be made the Willowbrook Fundraising Office, 54/56 Claughton Street, St Helens, Merseyside, WA10 1SN.
